Yes, every new organisation gets 14 days of the MSP plan with no card. Nothing is deleted when it ends; the organisation simply moves to the plan you choose (or Free).
Limits that protect the service for everyone, set well above normal use. Encrypted files held at once: 500 MB on Free, 10 GB on Team, 50 GB on MSP. Files are deleted when requests and shares finish or expire, so this is space in use, not a lifetime total. On every plan with the API: up to 25 API keys, 20 webhooks and 1,200 API calls a minute per organisation. On MSP: up to 5 SIEM streams for all events, plus 2 per client. With custom domains: up to 3 per client. "Unlimited" requests and shares means no monthly count.
Not from a plan you're paying for. Our terms say we won't remove a feature or reduce a limit during your subscription, and if we ever reduce a limit on a paid plan it only reaches you at a renewal at least 12 months after we tell you. Anything that gives you more applies straight away.
No. SafeHanded is a hosted SaaS, running in the EU. Self-hosting isn't offered.
Not today, and we won't imply otherwise. SafeHanded is built to produce evidence for your ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and SOC 2 programmes, the audit chain, exports and chain-of-custody certificates are designed for exactly that.
