What you’ll set up

• Set up once. Connect your PSA, import your clients from it, and give each its branding and own domain.
• Take a password. Start a request from the ticket: the client and the user are filled in.
• Give a password. Send a secret to a client’s user, sealed to their passkey with secure delivery, or unlocked on a call.
• Close the ticket. The password is destroyed and a private note goes on the ticket.
• Proof per client. Each client’s audit log, signed certificates, exports and SIEM streams.
• Your team. Scope technicians to their clients in members and teams, and collect from many people at once with campaigns.

Works with your PSA. Fully supported: Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud), Zoho Desk and Freshdesk.
