What you’ll set up

• Set up once. Sign in with Microsoft, bring in your team and roles from Microsoft Entra and members and teams, then connect your helpdesk.
• Take a password. Start a request from the ticket, with a spoken code the user checks with you.
• A new starter. Send a secret as a QR code at their desk, or emailed locked and unlocked with a code on a call.
• A colleague. A secret to a teammate is sealed to their vault.
• Close and prove. Closing the ticket destroys the password, and the audit log and certificates show who did what.
• Someone leaves. Disable, then offboard, with a next step for everything waiting on them.

Works with your helpdesk. Fully supported: Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (Cloud), Zoho Desk and Freshdesk.
